Ingredients
Rice and Water

Chicken and Marinade

chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

honey

Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook with water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make marinade.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes, then cook in skillet until caramelized, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Sauté broccoli and carrot until tender, 3-4 minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, sliced chicken, vegetables, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
