Noodles

  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef, then drain excess fat.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, herbs, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.
  • Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, beef, and cheese in a dish. Repeat layers.
  • Bake covered 25 mins, then uncovered 15 mins until bubbly. Cool 10 mins before serving.
