Instructions
Brown turkey, sausage, onion, and garlic in a skillet; drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce and oregano; simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook broken noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
Mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Combine noodles with meat sauce, top with ricotta mixture and mozzarella, then bake at 375°F until melted.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
