Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Sear chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine.
