A creamy and crispy green bean casserole perfect for holiday gatherings or family dinners, made effortlessly in the crockpot.

Ingredients

Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Mix green beans, mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add half of fried onions and cheese, then stir.
  • Pour into crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • In last 30 minutes, top with remaining cheese and onions, then cook until crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce or hot sauce.
