  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Marinate salmon for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes for crispiness.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of baking.
