  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  • Marinate salmon for 10 minutes, then coat with a mixture of cornstarch, flour, and salt.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry salmon until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels, then toss with remaining marinade. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
