Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate salmon for 15-30 minutes.
  • Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with marinade, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked and crispy. Garnish with green onions if desired.
