This crispy glazed salmon combines sweet honey and savory garlic for a quick, flavorful meal that's perfect for weeknights.

salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)

low-sodium soy sauce

cornstarch + water slurry
(1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water)

Instructions
Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook salmon skin-side down 3–4 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, simmer honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar for 2 minutes.
Add cornstarch slurry, cook 1–2 minutes until thickened.
Return salmon to pan, spoon glaze over, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
