  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip salmon, pour honey garlic mixture over, and cook 3-4 minutes until glazed and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic mixture for 15 minutes before cooking.
