Instructions
Mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg, then coat with dry mixture.
Fry chicken until golden, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Simmer honey, soy, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
Toss chicken in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
