Instructions
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
Add water gradually to form a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip chicken pieces into batter and fry until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a pan; heat until bubbly.
Toss fried chicken in the honey sauce. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
