Instructions
Mix flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to make the batter.
Dip chicken pieces into batter and fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper in vegetable oil until softened.
Add chopped chillies, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
Add fried chicken to the pan and toss in the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough before frying for crispy chicken.
