Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk

breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour.
