1cupfinely chopped broccoli florets
0.5cupshredded cheddar cheese
0.5cupbreadcrumbs
2large eggs
0.25cupgrated Parmesan cheese
0.5teaspoongarlic powder
0.5teaspoononion powder
0.25teaspoonsalt
0.25teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Combine chicken, broccoli, cheddar, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Form mixture into small patties.
Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove fritters and place on paper towels.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
