Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt.
  • Marinate salmon for 15 minutes, then toss with cornstarch.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange salmon in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
