Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion for 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook 5 minutes.
Mix flour with chicken broth, pour into skillet, simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, cook 2 minutes without boiling.
Cook egg noodles according to package, drain.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream and fresh herbs.
