A quick and delicious chicken dish loaded with spinach, artichokes, and creamy cheeses, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.

fresh spinach, chopped

artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

cream cheese, softened

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken, and cook 5-6 minutes per side until done. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds, then add spinach and artichokes, cooking 2-3 minutes.
Lower heat, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, and half the mozzarella until melted.
Slice chicken, return to skillet, coat with sauce, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, cover, and cook 1 minute.
Serve hot, garnished with red pepper flakes if desired.
