Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles, then set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, spinach, and mushrooms. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce, heavy cream, and mozzarella. Bake covered 25 mins, then uncovered 15 mins.
Notes
