A rich and creamy pasta dish combining tender beef, garlic, and Parmesan for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve ½ cup of water.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet; remove excess grease.
  • Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant. Pour in cream, simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, then add cooked pasta, tossing to combine. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
