  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped (optional garnish))
  • Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice steak, bell pepper, and onion. Mince garlic.
  • Sauté peppers and onions in oil until softened. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
  • Sear steak in oil until browned but juicy. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Lower heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream to skillet. Stir until smooth. Stir in provolone cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix sautéed veggies back into the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality ribeye steak and fresh ingredients.
