Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef until browned; remove excess grease.
  • Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté 5 minutes.
  • Stir in spaghetti, tomatoes, broth, herbs, salt, and pepper; simmer 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix in heavy cream; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and consider adding grated cheese on top.
