This rich and flavorful creamy garlic tagliatelle is a perfect comfort dish, combining buttery sauce with aromatic garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta

Dairy

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
  • optional red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then toss the pasta in the sauce.
  • Serve garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of extra Parmesan.
