A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan and Italian seasoning, and simmer until smooth.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
