Ingredients

Dry Pasta

  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni

Cheese

  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed

Liquids and Fats

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Spray crockpot, then combine pasta, cheeses, and seasonings.
  • Whisk milk, melted butter, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper; pour over mixture.
  • Stir to combine, then cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy, then serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
