Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 pieces Manicotti shells (Use 12 shells for optimal filling.)

Protein

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken (Shredded; can use rotisserie chicken to save time.)

Cheese

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese (Adds creaminess and richness to the filling; substitute with cream cheese mixed with a little milk if needed.)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (Shredded; melts beautifully for a gooey texture.)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (Grated; enhances flavor with a sharp, nutty quality.)

Seasonings

  • ½ teaspoon Salt (Enhances overall flavors.)
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper (Adds a subtle kick.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (Infuses the dish with aromatic flavor.)

Sauce

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (Homemade or store-bought; key component for creaminess and flavor.)

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chop for serving; adds color and freshness to the dish.)

Instructions 

  • Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Mix shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to prepare the filling.
  • Stuff each shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  • Pour Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and high-quality Alfredo sauce.
