Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Cook macaroni in boiling water for 8-10 minutes; drain.
Melt butter, stir in flour to make a roux; cook until golden.
Whisk in milk, cook until thickened; add cheese and stir until melted.
Dice baked chicken, mix with macaroni and cheese sauce.
Transfer to dish, bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional cheese before baking.
