A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and flavorful Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and pepper

Garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Cook chicken in oil until done, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add cream, then stir in cheese until smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, toss to combine.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parmesan or herbs before serving.
