Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder.
In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to help it firm up.
Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
