A comforting and creamy pasta dish perfect for cozy evenings, combining tender beef, rich sauce, and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer before adding pasta.
