Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
