Delicious and juicy cowboy sliders perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
To assemble the sliders, place each patty on a slider bun, drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles and fried onion strings if desired.
