This hearty pasta combines tender chicken, flavorful spices, and a creamy sauce for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Dairy & Fats

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Herbs & Spices

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Seasonings

  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté diced chicken in 2 tbsp butter with spices until browned, about 6-8 mins.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 min, then pour in broth and cream, simmer.
  • Stir in tomatoes and remaining butter, cook 3-4 mins.
  • Mix in cooked pasta, parsley, and season to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
