heavy cream

Instructions
Cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
Sauté diced chicken in 2 tbsp butter with spices until browned, about 6-8 mins.
Add garlic and cook 1 min, then pour in broth and cream, simmer.
Stir in tomatoes and remaining butter, cook 3-4 mins.
Mix in cooked pasta, parsley, and season to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley or a squeeze of lemon.
