A delicious Italian-inspired baked pasta dish featuring cheesy stuffed manicotti shells baked in marinara sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch dish with olive oil.
Cook manicotti shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1 cup marinara in dish, fill shells with cheese mixture, and place in dish.
Top with remaining marinara, mozzarella, and parmesan. Cover and bake 30 mins, then uncover and bake 15 mins.
Notes
Let the manicotti rest for 5-10 minutes before serving for best results.
