A deliciously crispy chicken dish coated in a sweet honey sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Instructions
Whisk egg whites until foamy, then mix in cornstarch and water. Fold in chicken to coat.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk to make sauce.
Toss fried chicken in sauce before serving.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to achieve crispy chicken.
