A deliciously crispy chicken dish coated in a sweet honey sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into 1 inch thin chunks)
  • 4 large egg whites egg whites
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch or mochiko sweet rice flour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • vegetable oil vegetable oil (for frying) (enough for deep frying)
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Instructions 

  • Whisk egg whites until foamy, then mix in cornstarch and water. Fold in chicken to coat.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk to make sauce.
  • Toss fried chicken in sauce before serving.

Notes

Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to achieve crispy chicken.
