A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken wrap with fresh vegetables and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Spice Mix

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Wraps and Vegetables

  • 4 large pita breads or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 piece tomato, diced
  • 1 piece cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 cup tahini or garlic sauce

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken to the spice mixture and coat evenly.
  • Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • Warm the pita breads.
  • Assemble wraps with chicken, vegetables, and sauce, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add pickles or hot sauce.
