A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and savory ramen noodles for a satisfying meal.

instant ramen noodles
Vegetables

broccoli florets

bell pepper, sliced

carrot, julienned

soy sauce

Instructions
Cook ramen noodles as per package, drain, and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until done, then add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 1 min.
Add vegetables, cook 3-4 mins until tender-crisp.
Mix in noodles, soy, and oyster sauces, toss to combine, season with salt and pepper.
Cook 2 more mins, then serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
