A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and savory ramen noodles for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced

Noodles

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece carrot, julienned

Sauces & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Other

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish sesame seeds and green onions

Instructions 

  • Cook ramen noodles as per package, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until done, then add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 1 min.
  • Add vegetables, cook 3-4 mins until tender-crisp.
  • Mix in noodles, soy, and oyster sauces, toss to combine, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook 2 more mins, then serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
