Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken fillets

Dairy

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries

Pantry

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  • Cook chicken fillets in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes in the same skillet for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce. Serve topped with parsley alongside fries.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
