Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Cook chicken fillets in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
