Instructions
Fry or bake the potatoes until crispy.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until done. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in the same skillet, then add cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with fries and garnish with parsley.
