Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper (to season chicken and sauce)
  • fresh parsley, chopped parsley (for garnish)

Fries

  • 2 large potatoes potatoes (for fries)
  • vegetable oil for frying vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Fry or bake the potatoes until crispy.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until done. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in the same skillet, then add cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with fries and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
