A creamy, cheesy baked pasta dish featuring tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting family meal.
Ingredients

penne rigata pasta

butter

all-purpose flour

tablespoon
minced garlic

heavy whipping cream
1/2
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic salt (optional)

teaspoon
white pepper

shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2
cups
mozzarella cheese

cream cheese, softened

chicken breasts, cooked and diced
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente, drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, cook 2–3 minutes.
Add garlic, cream, salt, pepper, and Parmesan; cook 8–10 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix pasta, chicken, and sauce; transfer to baking dish, top with Parmesan.
Freeze cooled dish, or bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and cook chicken thoroughly.
