  • 1 pound top sirloin sliced into thin pieces
  • Velveeta cheese dip or any melty cheese dip you like, use as much as you want
  • 3 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
