Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup orange cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, then stir in cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  • Add cheeses, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until melted.
  • Mix cooked pasta into the cheese sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
