A creamy, cheesy hashbrown casserole that's perfect for family dinners or potlucks. Easy to prepare and full of comforting flavors.

  • 32 oz Frozen Hash Browns, thawed (cubed or shredded)
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9 inch pan.
  • Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, cream soup, 1 ½ cups cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Top with remaining ½ cup cheese and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for an additional 2 minutes before serving.
