Ingredients

uncooked rice

beef broth

cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown beef, then sauté onion and garlic.
Mix beef, rice, broth, soup, salt, pepper, paprika, and vegetables. Transfer to a greased dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, add cheese, and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use additional cheese or a splash of milk.
