Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet; cook diced onion for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey; cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in spices and seasonings.
Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth; simmer. Add pasta, cover, and cook 10-12 minutes until tender.
Stir in heavy cream and cheeses; cook until melted and smooth. Garnish with herbs and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
