Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
Cook ground beef with spices until browned, then stir in tomato paste and broth; drain excess grease.
Assemble quesadillas by spreading cheese on tortillas, adding beef, then more cheese; fold in half.
Cook in a greased pan over medium-low heat until golden and cheese melts, then keep warm in oven.
Repeat with remaining quesadillas, then cut each into halves and serve with toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
