A hearty and cheesy one-pan dinner combining ground beef, potatoes, and vegetables for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

shredded cheddar cheese

milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, then add ground beef and brown. Mix in soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, spread half of the beef mixture, then repeat with remaining potatoes and beef. Top with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until tender and bubbly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of cream or more cheese on top before baking.
