A hearty and cheesy pasta dish featuring ground beef and a rich tomato sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

ground beef

rigatoni or pasta of choice

olive oil

onion, diced

garlic, minced

tomato sauce

Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, stir in half the cheese, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or cream when mixing the cheese.
