Deliciously soft rolls filled with garlic and melted cheese, perfect as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Cut dough into squares, brush with garlic butter, and add cheese.
  • Roll squares into balls, place in greased dish, and brush tops with remaining butter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden, then garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or cheese before baking.
