Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Garlic & Seasonings

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Wraps & Vegetables

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

  • Mix chicken, cheeses, garlic, seasonings, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Place chicken mixture on a tortilla, add spinach and tomatoes.
  • Fold sides and roll up to seal.
  • Heat oil in skillet, cook wraps seam-side down until golden, 3-4 mins per side.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite herbs.
